Commando level kicked ass. ha
I did Commando level (6 reps) for first 10 rounds then the Grunt level (4 reps) for the last 10 rounds.

@jumprilke I don't think this follows a 4x7 wave.
-
i purchased the package 6 months with videos...was kind of slack doing them..then i started a couple of weeks ago...didnt want to do the brain work of estimating "effort level"., tiredness level...so i did the beginner exercises every day...the "feel" in my body has changed drastically in just 5 days...there's a spring in my step and a few cms have vanished of my waist....looking forward to finishing 4 missions before attempting your level...AND MOST OF ALL,MY ROOM TOO IS AS SMALL AS YOURS !!!!

which one of the TACFIT t programs is this from?
-
doing this set as hard as i can truly felt almost as bad as getting slugged for 5-6 rounds in the boxing gym.
-
@jumprilke i mean you do 4 reps for each exercise.
-
@jumprilke this is the intermiedate level. you for reps for each exercises as fast as you can. the faster you do them, the more you will rest.

I know that this follows a 4x7 wave. Is this the high intensity day (I really hope so) or is the medium intensity the same only decreased intensity? I've asked others this and no one seems to know.

Nice training! I'm on it and I call it the puke system LOL I'm filming myself, compar to Scott Sonnon and practice just for neurointegration until the next training! I'm looking for all the details I don't exectute like Scott. Elevation of the legs to have the back almost perpendicular to ground. etc...
Good jo! It's helping to know that we are not alone on this!
Merci mon ami! ;-)

Awesome to see you giving this a go. I got to this level and died a million deaths trying to get to the commando level. Have retired to the Tacfit Commando regime for a while.
Very tough, indeed. The session itself is quite simple, which is good because as exhaustion sets in, you'll have a hard time remembering what comes next. Try it out sometime, and don't stop moving for 20 minutes. You can find full instructions at the blogpost in the Description section.
