I deliberately mentioned her origin, because no where in India you would get to see any act like this.It was not sarcasm but pointing the best of it. Please try understanding the context before assuming any pre conceived notion. Tamil MP's in Indian Parliament would prefer speaking in English rather than Tamil. :-)
