sonic the hedgehog costume cosplay turtorial

this is my sonic cosplay / fursuit / fullbodey suit .
A walkthrough shows everything ive done to make sonic. He´s made out of foam like the video shows.
in his shoes there is cotton and the eyes are made out of a mosquito net and hardplastic .
If there are some questions dont be shy just ask me^^

short tourtial:

I startet with the head,as shown in the vid.
hope you understand how to do it,because the head was the hardest thing to do.
the materials I used were:

very hard wire ( in Germany its called " garden wire")
hard plastik ( for the eyes)
a mosquito net ( inside of the eyes)
blue (and the other color,which name I dont know^^) fabric called "mircofaser super soft"
black and green markers (waterproof)
cotton (for the shoes)
red flecce (shoes)
white fleece (shoes)
gold or yellow fabric (shoes)
white gloves
hot glue pistole

much high densedy foam!!!!
much time!!!

think thats all^^

the body is needled with the sewing machine
the foam is glued with the hotglue gun
( I found no alternative,sorry, to sew it wont work)
the eyes are made out of hard plastik with a mosquito net inside to see through ( the net is the black and green color)
the net was painted with some waterproof markers
the fabric (blue ...) was glued on with the hot glue gun on the head
(just I said before,I wasnt able to sew it(only some special pasrt!) , so I have to turn that way)

Material cost were about 200 - 300 Euro(dont know how much in Dollar^^)

What EXACT foam did you use? I plan on constructing a costume like this and I need to now the exact name of the foam, or if fit was constructed or made of a different kind of softer foam molded together become more dense?
