  • I live in the very west of Ireland in a place called castlbar in county Mayo.

I feel like goin ta bed too, HaH

What time is it where you are.

  • salam bro, i have to ask, why cover your face as such? i am sure you have been asked b4, you should not have to hide your self, i don't know how Muslims are treated in Ireland so maybe you do it to protect yourself? if so you should not fear people but fear Allah only and seek his protection. anyways its cool to know of another Irish Muslim, my father, back in USA, family are from limerick, i inherited the red beard haha i look strange in Indonesia :p

  • Muslim men dont neccisarly have to cover their face but it is recommended to show your faith by doing so. Usually you would see muslim men wearing a headscarf or turben, unfortunatly I dont have one at the moment so I compensated by wearing a balaclava.

  • hmm i know men should/recommended to wear hat, like topi or kufi, some were kaffiya and others were turbans but none cover your face, who told you to cover your face? i cant think of any alhadiths offhand that tell you to cover your face, i know the niqab was used to keep sand/dust out of face and nose and mouth of the ladies, the guys would pull the tail of there turban over there nose and mouth for something, remember everything in faith/worship is haram, unless Allah made it halal

  • Of coarse living in Ireland (a non muslim country) it is hard to find a place that sells any muslim items like a turben or something like that. I know that I dont have to cover my face (Quranicaly or from any hadiths that I am aware of). It would be more of a traditional thing but Id do it anyway.
