what pound test is that??? it looked like u horsed him in with that line? was that braid or mono??

.55 mm mono, Double X high abrasion. If you don't fight them hard (horse them out) they will keep you busy for hours and you will eventually lose them. We used a 3m coated steel trace of 200lbs with a 1mm mono leader of about 7 metres. Two 10/0 hooks, shad head as bait.
