since the mayweathers, oscar schaeffer started the mess by taking a big dump in the press with this accusations, shouldn't they have the balls to clean it up instead of thepacman. why are some of the brothers offended by pacmans lawsuit, is it because they believed that he should clean up the dirt that was thrown at him instead of the people who did it. it is only in apartheid and coummunist countries where the accused has to prove his innocence and not the accuser has to prove his guilt.

jeffdesi it is going to be pacman vs clottey in march. about the lawsuit, floyd jr. insinuated in an interview with ra ruggedman that pacman is using ped that is why he was named in thelawsuit. american jurisprudence states that the burden of proof lies on the accuser and not the accused. just because you are black does not make you a criminal. you you should know this by now being black yourself. you dont have to prove anything, the accuser has to do this in court just like floyds camp has to.
