The Empire and Caesaropapism is the idea of combining the power of secular government with, or making it superior to, the spiritual authority of the Christian Church; especially concerning the connection of the Christian Church with government. In its extreme form, it is a political theory in which the head of state, notably the Emperor ('Caesar', by extension an 'equal' King), is also the supreme head of the church ('papa', pope or analogous religious leader). In this form, it inverts theocracy in which institutions of the Church are in control of the state.

This is achieved by integrating "god" into common law as well as swearing oaths on the Bible as part of the "honor ritual" in juridical justice systems.

In this Video you can clearly see how Military power and the future of Roman Political power work hand in hand to achive the full intergration of christianity into common law. It only take 15 years to achieve a semi solid fundament and further 15-30 years to indoctrinate the system through schools, education and Governments to build out and bind full Governmental & Public control of a region, independent of full military presence.

Don't think the USA is the Empire I'm talking about, the US is only the sword of the Black Pope who is the General to the White Pope that has a 2600 year old agenda. Every modern day Government (Province) and their Leaders know the Global rules of conduct and in the end always agree and fight for the common values of the empire because their power of the supporting Public is based on the same fundamentals.

The next wars will logically be in Africa, if you follow the long term strategy, of the "least resistance" from the past.
