I disagree about the park tronic system. I drive a Durnago and it is such a b!+ch to park the car with out it. I installed mine via aftermarket kit. It takes away the worry of hitting something. Also most of the time they have a off switch for the sound on the park assist. I know it has it on my kit and when I drove the G37, it also had a button to turn off the sound, or turn off the front sensors all together.

@HiJackZX1 in the touareg, the button turns off all the parktronic, not just the fronts. the rear parktronic is fine, but if you can't see out your windshield and know where the front of your car is, you shouldn't have a drivers license.

The speedometer says 160. I cant see it going over 140 without steering wobble.

When this model of car first came out I really wanted it but I never actually looked into the price and features but I wanted one so when I got on the computer and thought about it I looked it up....., let's just say I'm not buying this car anymore even though I really want it.., I have more sense than money!

Most turbo diesels nowadays are quiet and powerful. I like Audi's V12 turbo diesel. Now, that's power!

Efficent Turbo diesels. Yeah but once they set foot in your country they aren't. When you put that so called fuel in your cars. I'm not trying to make enemies so don't bombard me with hate mail but the general quality of fuel over in the U.S isn't very good. We have a Touareg, the same model as that one and we live in the UK. Yes it does smoke a little bit but it is not really bad. I love America so I don't hold a grudge. Because there is such a demand for fuel they will sell you anything.

OMG, I'm always amazed how cheap cars in USA actually are compared to Europe. In Germany for example this car would cost more than 90 000 dollars and you complain about 60k, not to mention fuel prices which are half the price of what Europeans pay :rofl: For 60k you can't even get Audi A3 or Passat with this engine, maybe just barely with basic equipment. You guys over Atlantic are really lucky, appreciate that and don't complain :)

You should've tested the twin turbo diesel V10 with 310 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. That model gets to 150mph.
