  • @alipbob By a 25lb plate to do your warmups.

  • The pro grade KB is much better than the the standard. You can tame the arc effortlessly on 16 KB without your forearms hurting. With a standard you only have enough room to this when you move up to 24 KB. They are expensive though.

  • I got a question. Is it recommended to buy a russian kettlebell for warmups and use ProGrade for the workouts? Seeing that Russian KBs are smaller, it can be used for halos and figure 8s. I have trouble using my 12kg Prograde KB for warmups.

  • Nice description of the benefits of prograde kettlebells.

  • So glad I bought the pro grade seeing as I'm using them to build explosive strength for MMA

  • Steve's last words,here, are very true.

Those are for competition.Or for lazy.

Same size diffrent weight? This is not quite practical nor functional.

Seen on YTube one of them filled w/ LEAD. follow this color code in real life.Goood Luck.

Or use brains from time to time.

  • Iron Woody kettlebells were my favorite and they were the same way. Same size for 16k and 36k. Sad they stopped making them

  • That's very imformative. I used cast iron, dragon doors KB-s for one year know, but I gonna buy pro grade bells, because the same reason what Steve tells in this clip..

  • Cool. Very much like Olympic bumper plates - 10, 25, 35 & 45lbs all are the same diameter so you can practice technique consistently over different workloads.
