This tutorial is going to walk you through how easy it is to make a custom Rhinestone transfer created by The Rhinestone World. This is a custom template we created for one of our valued customers. The customer emailed us a jpeg file of the design they wanted for the template and we cut the rhinestone template for them. They can now create as many transfer as they would like at a minimal cost.
