I don't even speak French (I'm a Portuguese native speaker) and I was using the subtitles so I could understand what Carl was saying.

he soooo reminds me on anyone when he answered the phone and said "hi" i'm mad right now cause i don't know who he reminds me of...
and i barely understand carl >.< the only way i kinda know what he's talking about is the french subtitles. but my french is really bad.
