Regarding that NYPD incident in 2006........it was Sean Bell and his friends and they were running away from unidentified, undercover police officers. The officers shot them 50 times when they attempted to get in a car, killing Bell.

I hope Dane Cook changed the story on purpose for his comedy because that is mainly wrong.
