@AhrienTJ I think you may have it backwards. Bebe sings gospel songs of love. He talks about his love for God in everything he writes. It becomes a love song because God is love, and it is His desire to have the love He has for us manifested here on earth among humans. Bebe understands every aspect of love, and he sings and writes it for the world to learn. I loved to hear him sing back in the day, and I am even more ecstatic to hear him sing now.

This song really ministered to me back in 1983/84!!!! It was a hit then and its a classic for the Body of Christ now!!!! That's the BeBe and Cici that I loved!!!! That's when BeBe use to really sing for and about the Lord. Now most of his songs are love songs with a gospel feel. I guess he is trying to cross over....Well I enjoyed him much better then!!!!
