"Bimboim's trip to the Western Wall" is a nine minute
mixed-media animation short with
It was originally presented at the
Jewish Community Center in New York City
as a silent film accompanied by
Susan Watts and a live Klezmer orchestra.
The short was made in loving memory of the Israeli Bedouins who died at
the tunnel bombing at the Philadelphi Corridor in December 2004.
Re-presenting a personal journey through Israel,
Mor combines video-footage with animated
scenarios inspired by a collection of newspaper headlines.
"Bimboim" pays homage to the Fleischer Brothers' cartoons
of the 1920's by adapting the rhythm and surrealism of their early shorts.
Bimboim's Trip to the Western Wall has screened in
New York, Berlin, Belgium and Tel Aviv.

Mornography, I have to commend you for an absolutley briiliant response to the unsolicited attack by alphautubeone. I wouldn't be so restrained.
Nice work too.. In frame 6:17, am I correct in thinking that is a piece of the old harbour wall in Akko?
Shalom :)

Metsuyan. Absolutely fantastic. I am so jealous that I wouldn't even know where to begin to be able to produce anything like this. Kol hakovod.
