The first song is called "Thunder Road", it is a remake from an old movie by the same name, with Robert Mitchum (I think, do a search for "movie thunder road" and I am sure you will find it, I want to find it to rent some time.), this version is performed by Mark Collie. The second is some instrumental from Diamond Rio if I remember correctly.

It is in a valley by Gerald, Saskatchewan Canada. Just a little north of where you are.

Not sure if it is at the end of part 3 or the beginning of part 4(check my home page for pat 4), but we got it going. It never filled the engine. It's not hte first time he has done that, look for"Oats don't Float" on my home page.
