what a couple of pussies! i saw this at 7yrs old when it first came out, and i had a blast, this movie isn't scary it's fun.

I will agree that this movie was too dark, but what nobody brought up that really bothers me is that JUDY DIES! I mean, a young innocent girl dies...IN A PG RATED MOVIE?!? That's really not going to cause psychological damage??? I know she comes back later in the film, but a death is still a death!

Are they kidding? I've loved this since I was six. (Watched it with my mum every other weekend we could - the spiders were scary - but it was totally worth it!) It's a good film for everyone because it's all about facing your fears, no matter how wild or dangerous, and when you're little, you have a lot :)
And I'm sure I wasn't the only kid FURIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED when the game came out in stores: cardboard, lacking monkeys, and COMPLETELY unpossessed by evil jungle spirits D8< haha.
