If Michael Buble had actually stolen this song as his own there would obviously be legal issues and actions taken upon him, not just for this song, but for the many songs of which he does covers for. He sings other peoples songs professionally. That is his profession, He sings both songs he writes\has written for him, and those of others, to whom he gives credit.
