Ok racking and not stair stepping is because they are SCARED and its harder to move jack boards even tho it is what you are suppose to do. I do jobs like that all the time and boards are all you need, we are not OSHA regulated and we all have the proper coverage. If your are State Licensed and fully insured the property owner is not responsible if something were to happen. That would be if you're a real company...

Totally unsafe, if that were my building I would tell them all to come down and leave and bring someone in who actually uses the proper safety harnesses. One fall is all it takes..game over.

The only problem I have with immigrant and Amish workers is the fact that they don't play by the rules when it comes to paying their fair share. Not all, but to many of them don't pay workmans comp, unemployment and among other things. It keeps to many legal business men out of the game. Just not fair to them. Where is the fall protection at on this job? OSHA is a joke. But you are right, you will never catch my ass up on that roof. Bravo boys

man im making atleast 1000 a week.. and that is on sumtin that is nowhere close to as steep as this is.. on sumtin this steep and this big your lookin at a lot more..

lol high paying job as in 60 ft in the air high and getting minimun wage pay. One thing i have noticed about working for churches is that they never want to pay. hey are used to the free shit. They claim they don't have enough money when it comes time to pay up, then they ride home in a brand new Cadillac. Church people are devils when it comes to work
