Hey, great job man!
I was thinking about 20rep sumo deadlidt instead 20 rep squat, beause squat hurt my knee =(
However I am a better deadlifter than squater.
Do you think that I will have good quad and overall devepolpment with sumo style for 20 reps?

impressive stuff what would you stay is the best way to improve grip strength because i don t believe in straps im currently deadlifting 140 for 6 reps and 4 sets but find holding the weight hard sometimes

@MrMhall1 I'll assume you are already using a mixed grip. Grip hasn't ever really bean an issue for me. I very rarely use straps. So you are on the right track there. I use grippers just once a week working up to a 300lb gripper for low rep sets, 1-3 per set. I find axle(fat bar) shrugs to help as well as fat gripz pull ups.
