烹制方法: 1、坐锅点火倒油,下大料、葱姜煸香后冲入适量清水,加入香菜,略煮制成料汁备用; 2、将五花肉放入料汁中焯烫取出,黄酱用料汁调匀后加入甜面酱拌匀,将肉丁煸香后取出,锅中加少许油,倒入调好的酱汁炒匀,出锅后撒入葱花即成拌面炸酱; 3、麻酱中加入料汁调匀,加入盐、味精、醋搅拌均匀即可。
