HOW TO OPEN TECHNIC .JAR FILE:
1) Make a new folder on your desktop.
2) Extract the Technic_Installer.jar file into the new folder.
3) Copy the "..."; "config"; "mods"; and the "README.txt" into the folder.
4) Run the installer from the desktop folder!
