Gulf Air A340-300's | Landing | 27L Heathrow Airport

ABOUT THIS VIDEO

Two Gulf Air Airbus A340-300's make their final approach and then land on Runway 27L at London Heathrow Airport. The first was very early morning during sunrise, the second was early afternoon.

NOTE: Eagle eyed viewers may have noticed the registration error on the first aircraft (MSN: 215). The registration should read A9C-LH not A9C-LY as shown in the video.

@Jameseos It's always been illegal in a sense but the law is not enforced. Police have often come up to me whilst listening in and have never arrested me or anything. In fact I got my scanner from the Manchester Airport Official Viewing Park where it is actively encouraged.

Maybe thats where FS designers got the Pacifica livery from!!!I remember a tv show called airport, (or was it airline) that showed the ops of QANTAS, Cyprus air and Gulf air!
