One way to clean up the welfare system a bit I think, which should be implemented .... mandatory drug testing. You don't pass you don't get anything. And not just at the application time. Random unannounced checkups.

Not as funny as some of your other videos (and not because of the subject).
I do like that you put the disclaimer on about it being about not being about the people who truly need welfare and more about the lazy people who think that society owes it to them. You can debate the welfare system all day, but it comes down to this....some people are just plain damn lazy and some people would love to be able to contribute to society but are truly unable to work.
