(continued)i just want to no if that is a protective style to use and what i can do to make my hair grow to its full potential. it looks so short but it isn't. so i try to stretch it out alittle because it doesn't look right on me. i jus want it long and haelthy and to on day put it back in a ponytail!!!!! all of it but it doesn't seem to be growing to much and i really dont want to break it off. please help me!

hi i've being going natural for about a year and a half now. my hair is type 4c, i do twist then let them out after a couple of days and fix the front up. lately my hair has been thinning in the front, i want it to be full but its only getting worse. so what i do is twist my hair at nite and let it out when i wake up and put a scarf in the front. i was wondering if that is a good idea because i come it everyday and i heard that natural hair grows faster left alone do to easy breakage.
