@Galang203 it all depends on how much you weight and how tall you are. but yes the best way to get your body ready for heavy weight lifting is by running. i use to weight 275 pounds n i only 5.8 so i recomend you to run on the daily basis always taking a day off, ha i almost forget there is not need to run fast what you just need to keep is a steady pace. i hope this will help you .
What do you recommend for those that have not done any type of weight trainer or activity in seven years. What is the beginning point. I've watched the TV show and there is no way I can start out running. I body is so out of shape it is not funny! I need idea's!! thanks
