Its not a big Deal, this happens When ur using a .81 or Higher side turbine housing.
there is nothing wrong with it!!

I have that turbo on my 1jz soarer. But made by HKS. does the same shit.

if the car is on, the engine is creating exhaust, therefore means the engine is spooling the turbo, just not enough to create a sufficient amount of boost
