Plugged Inland - Episode 7: Local Job Assistance

Aired May 11, 2012. Annette Kelly and Ernest Dowdy of the San Bernardino Employment and Training Agency, also known as SBETA, joined host Roger Bowman in the KVCR studio to discuss job opportunities for unemployed Inland Empire residents, including recently graduated youths seeking their first job. SBETA offers a multitude of programs including high school assistance and GED prep, job training, skills development and aptitude assessment. Many of the programs target at-risk youths and first-time job seekers. SBETA also provides assistance to small businesses and the guests discuss these programs.
