This is more and more becoming my favorite part of B's 9th. Especially the part around the big fortissimo toward the end, I love the serene mood, with the beats of the timpani in the background.

so beautiful. My favorite piece of all time. Note this is played in the end credits of Jamie Fox's movie 'The soloist' the story of a Cleveland cellist who ended up out on the streets of LA due to his schizophrenia. A journalist(played by Robert Downey jr) discovers him and helps him. Nice movie, but the music surpasses the story.

Thanks for the tip, I haven't seen it yet. It's alway nice when moviemakers show good taste in music.
