It's a jump-in clue for 10x the amount of the dice rolled (ex. roll of 7 would be $700)

Yeah, I saw that, and it kinda bugs me. At first I thought they miscounted, but then I realized no, they really changed it to going back only 2 spaces. Maybe it was just to avoid the very situation they'd have landed in there, being pulled back onto a Community Chest? But even so, I thought that might have been a bit silly...

@mtiller2006 I've been toying with this one: Slightly modified rules of the game, with quiz show elements standing in for auctions and trades. I'm not entirely sure it would be as much fun to play, though.

Not so different than the tv-friendly Scrabble game show with Chuck Woolery.

@mtiller2006 the rules say you can only buy one on each at a time, so you can't put a hotel straight on until you do the next round
