  • this year we are experienceing a very hot summer which promotes food spoilage. Your video is timely and informative

  • Assigned coolers for meat & non-meat product - good. Hand Sanitizer . . . Try a 100% solution of white vinegar. Cheap, effective and you can always wash your hands between major prep activities (Like before and after processing the chicken)...

  • What a poor video. You see the guy use a hand sanitizer after he touched the chicken, but made no mention about how and why thats important. That and hand sanitizer actually helps to breed stronger, more resilliant straints of bacteria. And thats why the population of the US is getting dumber. Look at the information we are getting fed.
