He wasn't a friend. Anyone can steal the name of Jesus for a church. That doesn't make you a true church. Your priesthood has NO authority over anyone. It's all FAKE and a dream cooked up by Sidney and Joseph..

@awolLDS: If that's what your young friend said, then he had it back-to-front. God and Jesus are not Mormons...Mormon's are Christians/members of the Church of JESUS CHRIST. : )
Why would Mormons baptize Jesus? He is the Lord God and this is His true Church. Besides, Jesus was already baptized by John the Baptist in the meridian of time. He set the example for us to follow (even tho Christ was perfect, without sin) . We should also be baptized for remission of sins by a proper authority of God.

Sir, your logic is very poor. The movie failed due to its poor production quality. So according to your logic, the divine intervened through poor direction and script failings? It seems that it would have been wiser to prevent the Mountain Meadows Massacre in the first place, don't you think? That seems like a better course of action, but then what do I know, I'm just an exmormon.

@Exmormon: Well the movie DID bomb at the theatres...read it and saw the news on FOX and Online. The Lord God said "nothing would stop the growth of His Gospel in the last days...that it would be in every nation, clime and Island of the sea. (Not verbatim) And not even the devil would be able to stop it's advance. The Mormon Church is growing in leaps and bounds. Hallelujah!

Again, why not just prevent the Mountain Meadows Massacre from happening in the first place? No, Elohim likes to wait and prevent negative film portrayals about his church butchering innocent people from succeeding instead. That saving lives crap is for amateur gods like Zeus & Odin. Brilliant! But I guess if he would choose Joseph Smith as a his prophet, your argument makes perfect sense.
For the love of sanity, please research.
