  • Well you are wrong here friend, there are many styles of kung both external and internal, if you believe that there is no chance of someone to attack you then you can say the external part is useless, but the internal part focus on the inner strength and the primary life force and it's for good health, if you search around you can find grandmasters that train on internal arts on a pretty good physical condition and some even over 100 years old move faster and more stable than anyone of us

  • @Namriu94 People who say it isnt usefull are full of crack. Usually just mma bandwagonhoppers.

Proper shaolin tiger can rip off flesh, arms with every grip. Getting close to one of those, is akin to suicide. Grappling, takedowns, wrestling etc dont work on those guys. They are anti grappling, anti take downs and anti wrestling.

They rip bark off trees. Thats old skool training son. Unless your body is made of steel, youre flesh is gonna come right off.

  • Is this art really descended from Marsal Yeuh Fei, or a modern creation accredited to him as some say?

  • @Nhia89

That's true, I'm just saying most people forget to practice both aspects of their styles.

  • @wingedsoul most external form have their own internal training and breathing plus their external stuff

  • @Nasoukikos Tai Chi being the biggest example

  • @Elbottoo like i was saying , how the fuck can u demonstrate that , jk i know what u mean

  • Correct, and everyone should do both, Look at the guys from Wudang Kung fu, they practice internal and yet translate it to external. That is why there are lots of tai chi people who are fat yet strong and yet lots of external kung fu people who are in shape but not strong. You have to practice both types.

  • the reason he said it isn't useful is because most people who say its good are usually pretty lame looking or suck with it, so I'm not saying its not useful just that if you've never seen it used in a non demonstrative form its easy to make that misconception and its true that most martial artist suck

  • What a legend !!!

  • A fast and well executed tiger claw to the eyeball can ruin a whole day
