11th February, 2009. Todays session was quite good, not perfect but it was acceptable. I started out with raw deadlifting at 368.5 lbs (167.5 kg) 3x3. It was quiite explosive and easy. After that, I jumped in to my suit, put on some more weights and started lifting, with a different technique. I stod wider (sumo) and to tell you the truth it was actually easy. But then again it wasnt perfect. This is the third time that I deadlifted fully equipped. I went lower than usual and it was good but my back was a little bit arched. Next time I'll probably get it!
My results of todays session was:
Raw Deadlift @ 368.5 lbs/167.5 kg 3x3 - Easy
Fully equipped @ 396 lbs/180 kg 3x1 - Easy
