How do you beat the heat? In this video you'll see how some tried to beat the heat with the beach, swimming, pier jumping, umbrellas, boating, fishing, jet skiing, soaking up the breeze with a stroll on the pier and more on this hot humid hazy heatwave day...June 11, 2008. You can see the humidity in the air as the fishing boats pass one another...some heading in...some just heading out. 97 degrees Thanks to the pier jumpers for the show.

  • Thanx!! I live in Fall river but I come here all summer long, hang at Fort Tabor & eat at Davys Locker, & Me & Eds!! Good times, thanx for the cool video. Would love to go there soon if this damn rain would stop:(

  • You're welcome, cc. Fall River has the battleship which I like to visit and the Heritage Park walkway is nice too. I think it's supposed to be 78 degrees out Saturday, not sure how much rain though. Think Spring!
