  • I don't care what anybody says...Chet Baker could play trumpet with anybody. I have always loved his tone and his sense of swing. The fact that Zoot is on this recording is just another irresistable treat. They [Chet and Zoot] were like the West Coast version of Miles and Prez. I love this stuff with all my heart.
