@mattdarkslide he should keep his elbows out, cos it makes you more stable on landing, if your elbows are in then if you hit a rough pacth or something you'll stack it, just trying to help

cool probly see up tere this weekend my bike is one with danger uk 666 graphics on it, i havn't rode since november so i'll be a bit rusty but your one for a race m8!
