Do you use smoked or canned oysters?

Just regular canned oysters. I have a video of just making the stuffing. Generic oysters seem to be as good or better than name brand at about half the price.

Great vid, just wanted to point out to the viewers that if you don't wash your hands after touching the raw turkey, you will contaminate everything else you touch, i.e. the spice containers, rags, stove. As well, the sink has to be sanitized before and after placing the turkey inside-both sides.

Thanks. I cut out the part of me cleaning the sink and if you look close you can see where the video was cut and I edited out all the hand washing. I hate being parented when I watch cooking videos and they explain the hand washing stuff. So I don't put it in mine. (It's on the label instructions) I raise poultry and used Quat44 to sanitize the sink and for clean up afterward, it's what they use to clean operating rooms and demold flooded homes.
