Deff know what your talking about.. im also in the military and I hate drinking water, since im in the Corps were known for drinking beers, hard liquor etc. But i try the miso flavor pouches and its pretty good, I just hated the metal tasting water.. quick question.. I have to put my hair up in a bun every day pretty much and i use gel what kind of gel would be good for your hair with out breakage. I currently use Fantasia styling gel with sparkle lites.

@MegaTica12 I've been using EcoStyler Protein gel... its the only one that doesn't make my hair feel dry, doesn't flake, keeps a good hold, and doesn't make my forehead break out.

Thanks for posting this video. I was actually in the market for a new water bottle that came with a filter. And I used to hate Target. Going to go there Tuesday. Thanks for the tip. I feel you on your situation as well. It is scary to know that something that seems so minor could have a monumental effect on your health. It is great that you are taking better care of yourself as I am inspired to do the same.

I am soooo picky with water. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT drink tap water or arrowhead water. It sucks because i drink alot of water and its more expensive than the filtered bottle. Are there any alternatives for me?

lol @ water haters. I'm certainly one. But I've been guzzling it down recently because of constantly being dehydrated. I think if I drank at all, I'd be suffering from the same thing, as I just HATED water. I'm currently trying to break my caffeine addiction (it's not even coffee, but diet coke lol). But thus far, it's been going well.

Girl I have the exact same bottle I love it because when I'm out and about with my neices I just fill it up with at the water foundation and then we are good to go.
