Kristina was by far, the strongest. Id say the bookies made a fortune that day. Kristina remained composed through the process been on the end of Katies bitchy spats. I think the beeb should do the hiring bit live. Never mind doing diffrent takes and camera angles of finger pointing,, Who cares? Its the final, the viewer just wants to know who won. Alan offered her a job,, she turned him down. Bad decision not making her the winner.

Simon was great. He did the rapping and breakdancing for the trainers episode and it's quite nice to have an enthusiastic, entertaining winner. The trampoline episode was hilarious (one of the best TV moments ever)

I disagree,Simon was very weak,he had the fun factor,plus he was,nt a women which helps when a guy is the boss,true!!
