The Four Tops - Baby I Need Your Loving

Simply put it's one of the greatest songs ever written and performed. It was released n the fall of 1964 and composed by Holland Dozier Holland, and was the Four Tops first hit. It reached No.11 on the billboard charts and has now passed into folklore as classic definitive motown. Masterfully led by the great Levi Stubbs and atmospherically backed by Fakir, Payton and Benson.

In one of the road productions of "The Little Shop of Horrors", Levi Stubbs was the voice of Audry II. His first "FEED ME!" was the pivot point between the comic first half of the show and the horror that followed. BTW, that production did not have the happy ending that was grafted onto the movie remake... 'But whatever they offer you, DON'T FEED THE PLANTS!'
