@markfeeney hey man, I know the answer is 3 months late but I smoke daily, I do not moderate at all. But as long as you have a nice sesh an hour before you go to bed, you should have no problem falling asleep. Also look for indica strains (any kushes for the most part, blueberry, afghan...)

I have a question though. I know your obviously smart in this field of knowledge, so i'm just curious, i actually have trouble sleeping quite alot. I use cannabis every day, and do not moderate it in all honesty. Do you think that if I maybe cut back on my usage and only smoked before bed, it would make a difference? Or are there other factors like purity of illegal cannabis as opposed to medical.
