Hey everyone! I'm Dana Ward coming to you from Beverly Hills and we're filling you in on the latest Gomez project. Perhaps we should say possible project. A little birdie tweeted that Selena is in talks to star in an upcoming movie adaptation of the book, 'Seven Rays'. That little birdie technically is the book's twitter account - possibly run by author Jessica Bendinger.

IF Selena does indeed sign on to this film project, she would play an honor student who eventually questions her own sanity. Reportedly, it all starts with the character receiving gold envelopes with weird messages like, 'You are more than you think you are, causing the high schooler to believe she's being stalked. But when she starts to see people's thoughts, feelings and electromagnetic fields - and the town hottie becomes obsessed with her - the student starts to think she's gone nuts, and there might even be a psychiatric institution involved. Woah, is right. This is definitely a different role than Gomez has taken on before. Do you guys think it's a match, or not so much? Tweet us your thoughts @clevvertv. She is an awful actress, this cant happen, i love this book too much!! I think it should be Mia Wasikowska!!!, or Dakota Fanning, or even Aly michalka, But really Selena Gomez is way to disney for this role!!!!

I think she should try this. I mean, dont you think since shes growing up and moving out of Disney she should take on new challenges? She even said in an interview that shes trying to take on harder challenges. And for the fact that its the last season of WOWP she might be in this movie, I think it'd be really good.
