I lay on my horn when I am driving next to someone holding a cell phone to their ear while driving. Then they can't hear the person they are talking to. It drives them nuts.

@AznPwnageFTW Go on DPA website and you will see the salaries top out at 80K...plus crap loads of OT...Most officers are way over 100K...Not bad for a glorified metermaid huh?

@neckarsulme The salary of a CHP officer doesnt even top 80k at top step. Ticket revenue mainly go towards the state courts and the county courts. it's a real job involving weeks of training yearly. I suppose you believe the world doesn't need law enforcement since it's not a job... yea let's try that out...

rofl if a CHP officer has to get out of his car into the rain to give you a ticket, chances are you're going to get a ticket... very true.. if I were a CHP officer I would give him a double ticket... 1 for the violation.. and one for making me get outta the car.
