Jon Nakamatsu, gold medalist of the 1997 Van Cliburn, performs Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1 with the San Jose Youth Symphony at the California Theater on June 1, 2008. He also played Mendelssohn's Rondo Capriccioso as an encore.

Jon Nakamatsu is an awesome pianist and an awesome person. He's really talented and he has a sense of humor...
Having the chance to play with him was really great! Lol.
