How did the ancient Hebrew scholars translate "Elohim" in the Septuagint ?

As the singular "Theos". When they translated the word "gods" they used "Theois"

Why did the Jews, whose language the OT was written in, not see what you see in the word?

Quite simply the trinity is not implied with the use of "Elohim". Nor is the trinity implied in any word, verse or passage in the OT or NT.

The famous trinitarian scholar, Robert Young, (Young's Analytical Concordance and Young's Literal Translation of the Bible)

"Heb. Elohim, a plural noun ... it seems to point out a superabundance of qualities in the Divine Being rather than a plurality of persons .... It is found almost invariably accompanied by a verb in the singular number.

Jesus: "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord." (Mark 12:29) And this one LORD (Jehovah) is manifest as Father Son ITim 3:16, and Holy Ghost I Cor. 12:7. I John 5:7 "There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy ghost: and these three are one." He is the three who are one, not the three in one. The 3 in 1 is the fantasy of Plato, Aristotle, Numenius, Heraclitus etc.. adapted by Augustine and embraced by Hellish Mother Church. Lay off the speed man.

One thing that drives me nuts about you guys, if G-d tied His shoes that would be evidence of the trinity. The people who believe in the triune god(s) are pagans.

I could not make it through the entire video. Too much rant, incoherence, and misinformation. I am all for dialogue but this was ill informed and all over the place. But thanks for the upload.

Jesus was God in the flesh and he died for all of our sins, and the Holy spirit is the spirit of God that comes into peoples hearts. Just believe Jesus Christ as your savior from hell fire and confess your sins to God and you will recieve the Holy spirit of God and you shall be saved. Jesus loves you and that is why he died on the cross for us and why God sent him to do so. The final sin offering has been made and it was the blood of Jesus that will save you nothing else. I think of the trinity of God as a person is. A person is one singular person, but they have many members to their body they have hands, legs, and a head all are connected but all do different things such as walk, talk, and grab. You have one who controls all the others, God the father called Yhwh, is the primary, the other two are connected to him such as the members of a persons body. Jesus and the Holy spirit are just members of one being, but all are God because all are connected.
