美食食譜-酥香的胡椒蝦


材料:
草蝦10尾、蒜頭2粒、辣椒1條、青蔥2支


調味料:
白胡椒粉1大匙、鹽1小匙、香油1小匙米酒1大匙


炸粉:
麵粉3大匙


作法:
1.將草蝦的尖頭和長蝦鬚剪掉,再去沙筋洗淨備用。
2.再將辣椒、蒜頭洗淨都切片狀備用。
3.再將洗淨的草蝦拍上薄薄的麵粉備用。
4.起一個油鍋油溫約200℃,再將做法3的草蝦放入油鍋中,快速炸成金黃色即可撈起備用。
5.再起一個炒鍋加入一大匙沙拉油,再加入作法2的材料爆香,再放入炸好的草蝦、青蔥和所有的調味料一起翻炒均勻即可。
