http://tinyurl.com/r3ahtq Jennifer Aniston opened up to ETs Thea Andrews about the women she looks up to in the entertainment industry, moments before she accepted her award at an event honoring women, the 2009 Crystal + Lucy Awards. Aniston arrived at the event in a gold, metallic minidress and accepted the Crystal Award. She told Thea that she's had "a lot of great experiences" being an actress and that her mentor is Shirley MacLaine. MacLaine and Aniston shared the big screen together in their 2005 film 'Rumor Has It.' Other female movie greats to talk to Thea at the Women In Film, Los Angeles event included: Jodie Foster, Holly Hunter, Blythe Danner, Jenny McCarthy and 'Twilight' director Catherine Hardwicke. Hunter accepted the Lucy Award, while Hardwicke was honored with the The Dorothy Arzner Directors Award.
