One would think that idiot could make sure there were trash cans in the park...even Ryan...but apparently not.

I cleaned up behind the Binghamton Plaza during the riverbank clean up. Stacy from EMC has the Green Party Pulling a 15ft Neon Burger King sign out of the River! People have been dumping roofing materials, shattered car windshields and garbage from McDonalds there among bags and bags of everyday garbage! The Community needs to take a stand and the city does need to start heavily fining these people who get caught doing this! Its selfish, irresponsible and lacks character!

That's exactly what this young boy was doing...the job that citizens have already paid the city to do, and the city failed to do.

Why can't people show some respect and PICK UP after themselves? Just because there is a parks department that is paid to water plants, mow lawns and care for our parks does NOT mean we can throw trash on the ground because it is someone else's job to clean it up NOR does it make us, as a community, exempt from any of the responsibility.
