Subaru Impreza 1.6 4x4 '96 - Winter performance in the mountain on 10 cm snow

I was surprised to find out how easily this Subaru runs on near 10 cm (second half of the movie) snow high in the mountain with now stucks or other problems. The clip is put in 2x mode so as fit in the 10 min movie length requirement. Captured with Sony Ericsson Vivaz

yes of course :)

I drive with the usual winter tires, nothing special - unfortunately it is impossible to keep a spare offroad tires for such occasions. That's why I take a good shovel with me when going to such destinations ;)

When the big snow comes at the small streets that are not cleared at all, I see how almost every normal car get stuck and it is sometimes even impossible to park, but with the subaru I had never have any problems :)

Yes, 4x4/AWD is great, but it's only a tool. The better the driver and the tires are, the farther you can go. Remember this: EVERYTHING and EVERYONE can get stuck.
