to everybody that hates ff12 then you guys are dumbasses it was a great game . mostly likely why people hate games is cause they dont understand the story plot or they have heard it from someone else that it suck which it didnt . people just judge games but dont even appreciate the game alll ff games are good even ff11 and ff12 and i played them all

I've been a fan of FF for a -long- time, more than half of my lifetime really, and I didn't care for FF12 either. I guess the reason was because it strayed so far from the basics mechanics of all the other FF games, and my expectations were just mashed, and it's probably the same way for most others who dislike the game. That said I personally loved FF11 as well, played it for years.

So really, it's just a matter of opinion.

@RebornGin Acually, the reason I don't like the game is because I didn't there was enough story for the amount of time it took to level. It seemed to me like it was mostly made of side quests. Yes, it was a stunning game and I'm sure that if I knew the story then I would like it. The battle system was fun and the characters were new. All around stunning game but there wasn't enough story for me. It took WAY too long to level, gather gil, and items. Stunning game just not enough for me.
